Purchase Consultation

We have dedicated sales representative with extensive experience in multiple languages, including Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Korean, English, and Japanese. You can consult with us in person, by phone, or online at your convenience, so please feel free to contact us.

Confirmation of Financial Plan

In addition to the property price, we will provide a detailed explanation of various expenses unique to Japan, such as real estate acquisition tax, fixed asset tax, management fees, and reserve funds for repair and maintenance. Our professional knowledgeable staff will then assist you in making a concrete financial plan.

Properties

We will introduce you to properties at no cost as many times as you require and according to your financial plan. Good properties are always highly competitive and may be purchased by others. Therefore, we will speedily introduce you to the most suitable properties and support you so that you do not miss your chance to purchase them.

Property Viewing

We will pick you up at your hotel or home in a private car. We will flexibly respond to your requests, such as “I would like you to arrange a hotel for the preview,” or “My family would like to enjoy sightseeing in Tokyo during the preview. Online previews and proxy previews are also available.

Purchase Application

Once we find the property you are interested in, we will assist you in acquiring it quickly. If you wish to negotiate with the seller, please feel free to contact us.

Execution of Purchase Agreement

The required documents will be prepared by a team of nationally certified (real estate agent) specialists. We will also provide detailed explanations of the contents of the documents in the language of your choice.

Mortgage Consultation

We offer a set of fire and other insurance policies in partnership with financial institutions accordingly. We also provide the support you need to apply for a low-interest mortgage loan.

Settlement of Remaining Balance and Delivery

The contract deposit is approximately 5~10% of the total property value. The delivery of the property will be completed after the remaining balance is paid. Please consult with us for post-delivery management and asset management support.
