Post-Contract Procedures
Our professional team, including our affiliated tax accountants and affiliated administrative scriveners, will support you with various procedures and tax formalities after the conclusion of the contract.
Receipt and Delivery of Remaining Balance
We will carefully accompany and support you until the conclusion of the purchase agreement and receipt of the balance of the purchase price. Please feel free to consult with us regarding the purchase of other properties and asset management.
